The room featured state-of-the-art lighting. The bedding provided great comfort. The space in the room was distributed efficiently (a big plus!).

poor service parking service
the service fell short. i attempted to contact reception roughly ten times, yet my calls were only answered once. on departure day, i had to retrieve my car from the underground garage and carry my luggage without assistance.. additionally, a parking service employee criticized my parking, despite me handling their tasks. this experience proved disappointing.

bluetooth speaker convenient location many options poor soundproofing cold floor stain marks
The room included a Bluetooth speaker I really liked! The location was also convenient, being close to the train station. This made travel easy. The breakfast was very nice with many options to choose from. Every staff member was very kind.
The soundproofing in my room was quite poor. I could hear steps from the room next to mine. The floor in the room and bathroom felt cold. There was no heating available. The carpet had some permanent stain marks. It needs refurbishing.
